SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE

Please allow 3-5 working days for handling and dispatched for shipping​.

Tracked ​mail is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed mail.​

For urgent rush orders, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Postage options

​

1. Local Normal Mail - SGD$1.50 // Delivery to letterbox; may take 3-5 business days

​

2. Tracked Local Mail - SGD$4 // Delivery to letterbox;  may take 2-3 business days (recommended option)

​

3. Registered Local Mail - SGD$6 // Delivery to door step; 2 working days 

​

Self-pickup available (DM for more info)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 working days for handling and dispatched for shipping

Delivery time may take 10-21 business days (3-4 weeks)

​

We ship worldwide via Singpost’s registered air mail and the shipping rates are:

​

Malaysia & Brunei - $12.50

Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand) - $13

All other countries - $15

​

Please note that international delivery may be subjected to Custom Taxes and all customers are liable for any local taxes or charges incurred at customs. Mon Chéri will not be held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.

Returns 

RETURNS POLICY â€‹

Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for earrings sold.

​

In the case where your item is damaged during transit, please contact me via Instagram DM within 2 days of receiving the package, with photographs of the damaged item(s). Depending on the situation, I can either repair your item or refund via store credit.

​

If you've received an item that was incorrect, contact me as soon as possible along with details:

​

- The name of the items affected

- A photo of the issue or problem

​

We will contact you with instructions. Returns for incorrect items are only accepted within 7days from the date of delivery.

 

If your desired item is out of stock, you will receive store credit or a refund.

​

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail.

​

Mailing fee must be paid for a replacement/repair of damaged items.

​

We are not responsible for any damage to the item due to your negligence. 

​
